Welcome to Whole Sky Therapy
Trauma-Informed Therapy for Adults in Oregon & Washington
Stephanie Podasca LPC, LMHC, NCC
Welcome—I'm glad you're here.
It’s an honor to support people as they move through pain with clarity, compassion, and care.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, therapy can be a space to come home to yourself.
Together, we’ll explore what’s been hard to hold alone, build tools for self-regulation and self-trust, and support your growth toward a more grounded, free, and connected life.
Feel free to take your time exploring the site—learn more about how I work, who I support, and what therapy might look like for you.
I'd be honored to connect.

Therapy for the Deep Feelers, the Space-Holders, and the In-Betweeners.
You may be here because something no longer feels sustainable.
You feel intense anxiety that won’t let up, trauma that lives in your body, or coping patterns that leave you feeling more disconnected than relieved.
Maybe you’re exhausted from holding space for everyone else while neglecting your own needs. Perhaps you’re navigating multiple identities, cultures, or expectations, seeking to understand who you truly are beneath it all.
You don’t have to figure it out alone.
I’m a Romanian-American therapist with a deep commitment to working with first-generation Americans, creatives & healers, and anyone navigating the tangled roots of trauma, anxiety, and addiction. With over five years of experience supporting bicultural clients and sensitive souls, I offer an approach that’s relational, body-aware, and deeply honoring of your inner complexity.
My work integrates parts work (IFS), somatic therapy, mindfulness, and a belief in the healing power of curiosity, nonjudgment, and wholeness.
You don’t need to be “fixed”.
You need a space where all your parts can be seen, softened, and supported.
Come as you are.
