I am here to hold a healing space, allowing you to process the experience and its impact so you can move forward into your future with tools, resources, and self-compassion.

Starting a therapeutic journey can be both intimidating and vulnerable. The process has the best outcome when there is strong goodness of fit between you and your therapist.

Ultimately, much of the healing lies within the collaborative nature of the therapeutic relationship.
